Florida Bid-Ready is a service of InfraTech.us, LLC, a private Florida company ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect through bidreadyflorida.com and how we handle it. Questions: daxtacey@infratech.us.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, business name, email, phone, the package you're interested in, and any notes.
- Registration details, if you complete our full intake: business address, EIN, the kind of work you do, where you're already registered, insurance status, and a signed W-9 if you choose to upload one.
- We do not ask for Social Security numbers or bank details in our forms or by email, and ask you not to send them that way. If your W-9 shows an SSN instead of an EIN, the file is protected the same way as every other W-9 below.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm your package, and send you a payment link.
- To complete the vendor registrations you hire us for and hand the accounts over to you.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. We share it only with the government portals you ask us to register you on, and with the service providers below as needed to run this service.
How W-9 and EIN data is handled
- Form submissions are saved to a Google Sheet in InfraTech.us's Google account that is shared with no one else. Your full EIN is stored only there.
- Uploaded W-9 files are saved to a private Google Drive folder that only InfraTech.us can open. The files are never shared by link.
- Emails we send about your submission, to you or to ourselves, show only the last 4 digits of your EIN.
- If you contact us by email before the full intake is available, we will not ask you to email your EIN or W-9. We'll tell you how to send it securely.
- We aim to delete your W-9 file once your registrations are complete. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this website and may process basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
- Google (Sheets, Drive, Gmail) stores form submissions and W-9 files and sends confirmation emails.
- Stripe processes payments when you pay by payment link. We never see or store your full card number.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts, and sets no cookies of its own.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing daxtacey@infratech.us. This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
